Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) is about growing new and enhancing existing small business. Essentially it is about creating opportunities and economic acess for Black enterpreurs and Black-owned business, ensuring greater economic participation and inclusivity.Fullimput’s ESD objective is to facilitate the development of sustainable businesses that will create jobs and add stimulus to the economy. According to the Broad-Based Black Economic Empowerment [B-BBEE] Act, Fullimput is committed to contributing to the process of providing business opportunities to new enterprises and support for black Small, Medium, and Micro Enterprises [SMMEs] through the provision of professional, financial, and business support as well as various start-up support services. An important element of ESD is its emphasis on the value chain, where Fullimput influences to create opportunities for new businesses as customers or suppliers.
Application of Enteprise and Supplier Development at Fullimput
Fullimput’s B-BBEE is the responsibility of the Managing Director assisted by the Commercial Director. An accredited verification agency verifies records of ESD activities.

Fullimput has facilitated the establishment of Wentworth Business Clinic (WBC) in 2018. The purpose of the WBC is to guide and support aspirant entrepreneurs to become successful businessmen and women who can contribute towards skills upliftment as well as job creation within the communities in which they operate. The WBC was formed in collaboration with other social partners, namely, Zoe-Life Innovation Solution and the Community Support Group.
WBC is focused on helping nascent entrepreneurs with business information dissemination and virtual mentorship.
The success of the WBC has major societal benefits such as:
- Job creation opportunities and skills development spread.
- Poverty alleviation
- Economic growth and development
Since the WBC’s inception:
- Over 15 new businesses have since been formed.
- More than 19 jobs were created.
Socio-economic development (SED) is defined as the enhancement of community well-being through the integration of economic and social progress.
Economic growth encompasses employment opportunities, income generation, and infrastructure development.
Social progress is characterized by advancements in education, healthcare, equality, and overall quality of life.
In 2019, Fullimput supported the establishment of Keep Wentworth Beautiful, a nonprofit dedicated to maintaining the community's cleanliness.
Additionally, Fullimput facilitated the introduction of organizations such as Probono to the Wentworth community to address a range of disputes and legal rights. Since its introduction, Probono has organized numerous community imbizos to assist families with legal disputes and to promote awareness of legal rights.
Fullimput allocates resources to staff training for several key reasons:
1. Improvement of performance and productivity
Well-trained employees demonstrate increased efficiency, reduced error rates, and higher quality outcomes.

In 2018, Fullimput was recognized as a runner-up in the Leadership and Skills category at the Employee Engagement Awards in Johannesburg.
Fullimput Wellness Program provides sponsorship for spectacles to employees with vision impairments.
An on-site staff clinic was established in 2024.
Recently, Fullimput conducts medical awareness training e.g (HIV/AIDS).
